Benvindo*

This is a platform where I will be sharing my travel adventures. I remember the first time I left Angola and went to Joburg*. Although it was a family trip, it was not until I went to Brazil that I developed a love of travelling and Food. It was at that moment  that I realized I enjoy the outdoors. I have been to almost all the continents. I am missing two: Antarctica and Asia. I will be sharing how to travel on a budget but of course, once in a while, I will throw a few expensive places to try( because we need to spoil ourselves once in a while). I plan to blog mainly in English and Portuguese but I love languages so. I will be imputing a few words in different languages don’t worry at the end of the article I will have explanations of the words at the bottom. Let’s start with the name I have chosen for this blog: Mona Kina: I want to dance .. language: Kikongo. Spoken in parts of Congo and Angola. This was the language my grandmother spoke and I hope that one day I can speak it too.  thanks for coming into my lil space,  more to come
